Monica has over 20 years of experience in search and selection of talents in China, Hong Kong, Singapore and North America. She performs executive searches for mid to large corporations across industries. She also conducts searches and selections for mid to senior management leadership openings across functions.

Kate is an experienced HR professional with over 15 years of experience in multiple industries. Driven by the urge to make a difference, she takes pride in providing the best talent solutions, coaching and practical advice. As a HR Business Partner, her goals are to build an engaging culture for people to grow, excel and be successful. Kate is a Certified HR Leader (CHRL) and a graduate of University of Toronto, majored in Industrial Relations and Economics.

Helen is a dedicated licensed pharmacist with diverse experience in clinical inpatient pharmacy.  Passionate in lifelong learning, Helen is also a Board Certified geriatric pharmacist and a certified diabetes educator after graduating from the University of Toronto in 2001.  She is currently working at a community hospital in Scarborough as the pharmacy practice leader.

Sara is an Employment Counsellor at 360°kids, assisting youth in reaching their employment goals. Servicing youth at 360°kids support sites across York Region, Sara guides youth through the job search process, while building their resumes and cover letters, preparing for interviews, and ultimately getting the job! Sara supports youth who are work ready but need that last bit of assistance to cross over the finish line of being successfully employed.

Louis is an engineering director in an international computer company with over 35 years of engineering and management experience in the high tech industry. He experienced working with engineers from many countries, with >25 years of hiring and interviewing experience.

Diana is an experienced HR professional with over 10 years of experience in various industries ranging in both public and private sectors. She advises her client group in talent solutions, employee relations and other HR related matters. As an HR Consultant, her goal is to build an engaging culture where employees can grow, excel and be successful. Diana graduated from Ryerson University and majored in Human Resources.

Retired. I was a Senior Manager of a network engineering department in a large telecommunication company for 10+ years. Passionate about the following at my workplace:

  • Involved with many interns from the CareerEdge organization
  • Big proponent of Knowledge Management

Crystal has been an Occupational Therapist since 2003 and is currently working in an acute care hospital. She is specialized in Geriatric and Mental Health populations. She also worked in a Long Term Care Facility Activation department to organize and implement activities for the residents. Before that, she was a Social Worker in Hong Kong and worked in an Outreaching team for youth at risk. She also worked in Children & Youth Centre to organize career planning and volunteering training.

Area of expertise: Program Planning, group work skills, Occupational Therapy, counseling, prescribe of assistive devices and mobility aids

John is the President of Luuminate Inc., a business consulting company with special focus on Education, Health, and Social Responsibility.

John is the Academic Program Manager (Business Studies) for Seneca College’s Faculty of Continuing Education and Training. He manages over 80 business programs and a team of professors. John also teaches course Ethics and Social Responsibility for the Honours Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting & Finance program.

Prior to joining Seneca College, John has worked for more than 25 years in the banking sector. John was the Associate Vice-President, CIBC Real Estate Finance Division and Director of Retail and Corporate Treasury (CIBC).

William has been a MD since 1992 and worked in ER for 20 years. Retired for 10 years, currently volunteering in addiction centres, Out of the Cold, Toronto Christian community Church, 105 Gibson Centre, BSF, Canada, Water Ambassadors Canada
