Passionate about mentoring youth in startups and career development, Flora also brings more than 15 years of NGO experience. She is multilingual in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and holds a Master of Science in Training and HR Management from the University of Leicester, as well as an Executive Diploma in Executive Coaching from the University of Hong Kong.
