This service supports immigrants including naturalized Canadian Citizens and refugees as they settle in Canada.

Services include:
- Accessing services: Employment, housing, financial, education, training, volunteering, mentorship, legal aid and others
- Providing information: Citizenship, permanent residency, work permits and other issues
- Applying for government income support and benefits: Ontario Works, Child and Family Benefits, Senior Benefits, Toronto Welcome Policy, etc.
- Connecting with community programs: Language training, professional development, recreational activities and children’s programs
- Documentation: Interpret/translate letters and provide administrative assistance for form filling such as PR renewal, Canadian Citizenship
