Crystal has been an Occupational Therapist since 2003 and is currently working in an acute care hospital. She is specialized in Geriatric and Mental Health populations. John is the President of Luuminate Inc., a business consulting company with special focus on Education, Health, and Social Responsibility.

John is the Academic Program Manager (Business Studies) for Seneca College’s Faculty of Continuing Education and Training. He manages over 80 business programs and a team of professors. John also teaches course Ethics and Social Responsibility for the Honours Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting & Finance program.

Prior to joining Seneca College, John has worked for more than 25 years in the banking sector. John was the Associate Vice-President, CIBC Real Estate Finance Division and Director of Retail and Corporate Treasury (CIBC).
