Indoor Farming Workshop July

Indoor Farming is a unique self-contained natural water-based ecosystem urban farming that is designed to grow herbs, veggies and fish (tilapia) indoors,  allowing all year round growing and harvesting.  It’s a vision of the future.

What will I learn from the workshop?
• Grow indoor herbs and vegetables in water from seed without synthetic fertilizer and pesticides
• Build and maintain a healthy VIGA?
• Hands-on practice in every lesson

Workshop: Understanding Dementia (in Chin.)

Doctors, nurses, social workers, police officers and other professionals will come to 105 Gibson Centre to run workshops and activities to let us know more about Dementia.

This 1-day workshop will cover areas such as symptoms and stages of dementia, practical tips on how to care for people with dementia, and introduce some healthy exercises to help.
